Potential benefits from the implementation:

Optimised processes of data collection

The implementation of the tool in the form of an online platform allows for designing dedicated assessments as well as collecting and analysis of relevant data.

Ensuring access to reliable data

The possibility to carry out assessment in a manner ensuring anonymity will ensure access to reliable data, including difficult and sensitive topics.

Building a posistive image of the organisation

Collecting information within an organisation may contribute to promoting its image of the one which is interested in listening to its staff.
